Holy Greens was founded in Sweden in 2013 with a simple idea: fast food should never mean compromising on quality, flavour, or sustainability.
What started as a single restaurant has grown into a nationwide brand with restaurants across Sweden. Our menu is built around freshly prepared salads and bowls made to order, using high-quality ingredients and good flavours. At Holy Greens, we believe good food should be transparent and thoughtfully sourced. We work closely with growers and producers, and during the growing season, we prioritise local produce wherever possible. Every dish on our menu is climate-labelled to help our guests make more informed choices.
Our roots are Scandinavian, and that influence shapes everything we do. From our ingredients and recipes to the design of our restaurants. Now, we are taking our first step internationally.
London marks the next chapter for Holy Greens as we bring our Scandinavian approach to fresh, flavour-driven food to one of the world’s most exciting food cities.

In 2013, our founders, David and Nebo, saw a gap in the market: fast food that was simple, fresh, and made with care.

Since then, Holy Greens has grown into one of Sweden’s leading fast-casual salad restaurant chains, known for good flavours, seasonal ingredients, local sourcing, and a strong sustainability ethos.
